- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders as needed, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills.
- Manage and filter incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes for the executive team.
- Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, ensuring timely distribution of agendas, minutes, and relevant materials.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines resulting from meetings.
- Support the CEO in managing key projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
- Assist in time management for the CEO, optimizing productivity and ensuring key priorities are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and executive retreats.
- Demonstrate flexibility and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the dynamic nature of the Impel's business environment.
- Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
- Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity and inclusion by treating everyone with respect and dignity, ensuring all voices are heard and advocating change.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Summary
The Executive assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Impel's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other senior staff. You will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks and facilitating communication throughout the company. Your ability to prioritize and execute tasks will be essential in contributing to the overall success of the organization.
