Monday through Friday 2pm-10pmWe are a faith-based residential, substance abuse recovery program for women.
We have a small team and desire to use each staff member to the best of their abilities. Below is a general job description. It may be adjusted as we see your strengths and weaknesses. We want you to shine and thrive.
Residential Program Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor daily resident activities to facilitate accountability, according to The Rose Garden Resident's handbook.
- Provide transportation to residents to 12 step meetings using company van.
- Provide accountability for sobriety through administering monitored urine drug tests or breathalyzer tests. (You will be the only person on shift, so this task requires a woman for this position.)
- Provide leadership and be available for emotional support, encouragement, and wise Biblical counsel of residents. Facilitate residents to have a solutionoriented approach to concerns.
- Keep records and supplies up to date and organized.
- Computer usage is necessary. You will use a database, Google Docs, spreadsheets, and scanning software.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Work with the Executive Director to ensure a house and work culture consistent with the Rose Garden mission statement for residents of the Graduate Home.
- Assist with minor maintenance of both recovery and graduate home. (Change furnace filters, change a light bulb, or assist women with chore knowledge. Training will be provided.)
- Light cleaning of staff areas may be required.
- Promote the Rose Garden program to potential applicants.
- Conduct walkthroughs of property, overseeing house supplies and reporting all maintenance issues to the Director.
- Host resident house meetings as needed.
- Attend Bi-Weekly Staff Meetings.
- Consults with the Director about disciplinary actions.

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
