The Opportunity:
We are looking to add a new member to the innovative and high-growth team at DOZR, a leading construction technology startup revolutionizing the industry.
As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple cities in the USA.
Responsibilities:
Leading a small team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth tailored to specific cities and regions across the USA and Canada.
Spearhead and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote our cutting-edge equipment rental marketplace, services, and brand messaging within the unique contexts of each local construction market.
Work closely with creative teams to produce impactful localized content, promotions, and advertisements, spanning both digital and traditional channels.Develop and execute innovative brand strategies and positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging while leveraging local construction industry nuances to resonate with city-specific audiences.
Cultivate relationships with trade associations, local communities, businesses, and media outlets across various cities to strengthen our brand presence.Plan and execute standout events, trade shows, sponsorships, or partnerships to enhance local brand visibility and reinforce our presence in specific cities and regions.
Accountable for brand communications and PR at a local and national level.Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support our growth trajectory.
Lead the execution of our Customer Incentive Program, including inventory management of swag, ensuring it drives impactful results aligned with defined KPIs.
Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, local SEO, and online advertising, to reach and engage local audiences effectively on a national scale.
Manage budgets for all marketing activities across multiple cities, including print advertisements, social media campaigns, and national-level trade shows.Accountable for driving results, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, ideally with a focus on multi-city or local markets within the USA.
In-depth understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics within the high growth environment on a local and national scale.Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in specific geographical areas.
Proficiency in budget management and accountability for driving measurable results.Experience in implementing targeted marketing campaigns and utilizing various digital and traditional marketing channels.
Experience planning and executing events, trade shows, sponsorships, or partnerships to enhance local brand visibility as well as managing customer incentive programs.
Experience working with digital marketing channels, including social media, local SEO, online advertising, and digital PR to reach local audiences effectively.
