    Description


    IT System Manager at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Work with a world class team to develop, implement, and support cutting edge Oracle Health technology.

    Manages a team maintaining and/or implementing software project(s) and/or internal systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria. Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership skills. Detailed knowledge of several applications within healthcare needed.

    Responsibilities As Manager, Client Application Services you will manage application groups within the ITWorks client site ensuring business standards and service levels are met.

    Your role includes contributing to the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of applications across the client.

    Also, support maintenance and configuration of applications to ensure applications meet objectives, contribute to the development of the overall solution roadmap, manage the delivery of services to clients and ensure business standards are achieved, and identify cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management.

    As well as analyze data, identify business gaps, and recommend resolutions while contributing to process improvements and innovative strategies that support corporate and client mission and vision.

    Leadership aspects include mentoring associates and contributing to process improvements and innovative strategies, lead, direct and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with a measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.

    Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.

    Understand and explain policies, practices, and procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.
