We are looking for a Battle Management-Joint Fires Targeting SME to work onsite in Langley, AFB Virginia supporting our client.

Clearance: TS/SCI

Salary: $144,000

Requirements:

Air Force background
10+ Years of experience - targeting expert fighter pilot air manager
Battle management and control from tactical level to operational level improving target level
Targeting experience
Improve targeting process
TS/SCI
Staff experience at the matchcom level or higher at least 3 years
AOC targeting cell experience
Awax experience (WEAPONS AMMUNITION EXPLOSIVES)
Control and reporting center (CRC)

Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required. TS/SCI

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.

Job Duties:

Primarily working on the ability to shorten the kill chain; improve the kill chain from AOC to the operational level to the tactical cell and how information is gathered, how its disseminated and it integrated into the theater air control systems to our tactical platforms our battle management being E3 airmen first class E 7 E-7 Gunnery Sergeant.
CRC to the battle control center to eventually into the shooter, the information can go to the AOC targeting cells thru the battle management control center
Targets are properly prioritizing them, meeting roe definition "rules of engagement" restrictions then getting it to the fighter pilots or "bomber guys" or people who have the ability to drop weapons on that target.
