Overview:


Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Non-Kinetic Targeting SME to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA.

This position will be supporting the A2- Tradecraft

  • Functional Requirements.
The Non-Kinetic Targeting SME shall provide advisory and consultation on National, Joint/DoD, and AF targeting policy, guidance, and capabilities that support multi-domain and non-FA489024F0042 PWS 26

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

Specific support tasks are as follows:

  • Shall identify, evaluate, and integrate applicable DoD, Service, and IC doctrine and policies concerning targeting and target development, training, standardization/evaluation, and operations as promulgated by multiple levels of Command.
  • Draft, review, edit, and staff intelligence policy and guidance documents related to ACC and AF capabilities, systems, and targeting.
  • Review, assess, and provide critical analysis of Joint, Service, and IC doctrine focusing upon USAF targeting.
  • Participate in, monitor, plan, and administer meetings, working groups, and other forums to assist ACC A2 in advocating, planning, and implementing MAJCOM, CAF, USAF, and Joint targeting policy and TTP.
  • Support and assist units and NAFs performing in exercises and experiments across the TACS and AFTE to ensure training meets proper standards and identifies training gaps.
  • Assist ACC, CAF, other MAJCOMs, CCMDs, and IC in developing, monitoring, tracking, managing production, and revising targeting policy and doctrine and other guidancerelated materials in support of ACC and AF capabilities and systems, NAFs, AOCs, and units.
  • Identify, evaluate, and assist ACC in integrating emerging targeting technologies and nonmateriel solutions.
  • Attend various Joint, AF, and CAF/ACC meetings, forums, and other targeting meetings in order to monitor and advise ACC and USAF on modernization and sustainment strategies.
  • Monitor compliance with prescribed instructions regarding analysis of alternatives, materiel and nonmateriel solution modeling and simulation, and cost analyses.
  • Assist in developing and presenting assessments to ACC staff regarding various integration strategies in conjunction with targeting components and acquisition agents to mitigate risks posed to operational targeting components and assigned missions.
  • Conduct and attend IW strategy implementation meetings with A326K and HAF (avg 34 time weekly), travel to support IW exercises to ensure targeting equities are addressed (avg 12 per year) and develop after action and trip reports to inform Military and DAF Civilian decisionmakers.
  • Shall manager TMT requirements address targeting support to IW (avg 13 tasks per month).

Education, Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.
  • A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Typically identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise.
Subject Matter Experts typically perform the following kinds of functions:

Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs; Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Job may require the employee to be:

  • In a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.
  • Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.
  • Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
