    Business Development Lead, CA | Job Description

    The Community Analytics Business Development Manager is responsible for sourcing and nurturing partnerships through the entire sales process and managing other sales reps to high performing outcomes.

    These partnerships are large, enterprise level deals and thus require deep strategic thinking and depth of sales experience.

    The individual for this role must be keenly adept at building & maintaining relationships that keep a deal process healthy throughout its lifecycle, getting the most out of their sales teams, and understanding blockchain technology.

    Conduct effective presentations and demonstrations to showcase our data analytics solutions
    Manage team members to outcomes, building their skills & improving their execution
    Utilize deep market research and networking to support the team in generating leads and create a robust sales pipeline
    Identify and target potential customers across the industry
    Create robust sales materials including decks and presentations
    Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B strategic sales, preferably in the blockchain or data analytics industry.
    Demonstrated success in closing high-value partnerships, with a multi-million dollar deal structures
    Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
