RestoPros of MetroWest is a mitigation company specializing in water and mold restoration services between Boston and Worcester.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Technician/Project Manager with at least 3 years prior experience as a water restoration technician.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced worker who wants to join a growing company shooting for the stars. We are looking to promote employees from within who demonstrate a strong work ethic and loyalty to our company.


Experience:

• 35 years experience as water restoration technician
• 23 years experience as a lead technician, or project/mitigation manager
• Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at once
• Attention to detail and ability to write scope sheets and field reports; experience with Xactimate preferred
• Drivers license mandatory; IICRC certification preferred
• Oversee and manage water and mold mitigation jobs, including direct communication with homeowners and business owners affected by water or mold damage
• Lead crew of water mitigation technicians, including explaining the scope of work, overseeing the job, and working alongside the crew as needed
• Documenting the job from beginning to end, including writing scope sheets and field reports, taking measurements, and taking photos of the job as it progresses.
• Coordinate any subcontractors or skilled laborers needed for the job

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
