New England Home Buyers is a real estate investment company based in Haverhill, MA. We specialize in providing homeowners an easy, fast, and reliable way of selling their home. We buy houses and investment properties throughout New England.


Requirements:

This is a salary plus commission-based role with huge upside.

We will provide you with all the tools and training you need to succeed in this role


Core Responsibilities

• Be a Rock Star team player
• Schedule and set appointments with homeowners
• Research property records and sales comparables
• Coordinate transactions and closings
• Participate in business growth and exploring new opportunities
• Other tasks as directed

Skills Needed

• Passion for real estate
• People oriented with good communication skills
• Acquisition or real estate experience preferred but not required
• Strong experience with webbased research
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office experience
• Must be able to handle rejection well and move on

From $40,000.00 per year
