- Conduct outbound calls, averaging 300 dials per day, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Clearly articulate the value of Rejigg to prospective business owners and understand their business needs.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments with potential clients to discuss the benefits of listing on our platform.
- Maintain a high level of activity in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of all interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine call strategies and approaches.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for client engagement and acquisition.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field, preferably in a SMB environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and inform effectively.
- High level of resilience and energy, able to handle high call volumes with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
