    Rejigg is a thriving marketplace tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), dedicated to connecting business owners with potential buyers to facilitate growth and transition opportunities. We are expanding our team and looking for energetic and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic team.

    Position Summary:

    As a Sales Development Representative at Rejigg, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with business owners, introducing them to our unique platform and the benefits of listing their business with us. Through your efforts, you will help SMB owners unlock new opportunities to sell their businesses, driving our mission to transform the SMB marketplace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls, averaging 300 dials per day, to identify and engage potential clients.
    • Clearly articulate the value of Rejigg to prospective business owners and understand their business needs.
    • Schedule and follow up on appointments with potential clients to discuss the benefits of listing on our platform.
    • Maintain a high level of activity in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of all interactions.
    • Work closely with the sales team to refine call strategies and approaches.
    • Meet and exceed monthly targets for client engagement and acquisition.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field, preferably in a SMB environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and inform effectively.
    • High level of resilience and energy, able to handle high call volumes with a positive and proactive attitude.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
