**Customer Service Representative**

**Location:** Hybrid; Bridgeport, CT

**Terms: 6mo contract to hire**

**Pay Rate:** $20/hr

**Type of work:** Handling incoming calls, handling CRM with customer inquiries.

**Position Summary:**

+ Provides customer service to internal & external customers in a front-line call center service environment.?

+ Transacts customer orders, provides customer assistance/advice, process returns, enter complaints and performs problem resolution activities.

**Qualifications:**

+ 2+years of customer service experience, preferred in a call center/corporate environment
