RAM Marketing provides a diversified range of inbound and outbound marketing services and support offerings.Our areas of expertise are medical, commercial and residential utilities' projects, computer hardware and software, telecommunications products and services, back-office support, dormant accounts and proposal follow ups, and social media follow ups.
We are currently seeking two Part-Time Customer Service Representatives for two different shifts our office located in Nesconset, NY off Route 347.
Shift 2: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
As a Customer Service Representative your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be interacting with our customers, company personnel, and various outside companies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner while providing excellent customer service
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Inputting customers information in the appropriate databases
- Proficiency with operating a computer and navigating Microsoft Windows operating system
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent problemsolving abilities to analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Call center experience preferred but we are open to individuals with the right attitude who are willing to work hard to learn what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but is not required.
