Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Processing order changes
- Answering phones
- Issuing return authorizations
- Support sales force
- E commerce background a plus
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word helpful
- Experience using SAP B1 software a plus
- Experience in retail or consumer products industries a plus.
Pay:
$30, $36,500.00 per year
