Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Moving of America, you will be the friendly voice and first point of contact for our clients.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.
  • Efficiently organize and schedule appointments for our moving and storage services.
  • Handle customer service calls promptly, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain detailed notes and records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, building rapport with clients.
  • Comfortably work in front of a computer throughout the day.
  • Expertly multitask, managing multiple tasks and calls simultaneously.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures as directed.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Detailoriented with excellent notetaking skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
