Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing
• Assist customers with placing orders,scheudling trips, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams such as line service, to deliver customer requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with rental car agnecies to book rental cars
• Maintain accurate customer records in our database
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
