- Communication Facilitation: Serve as a communication bridge between the executive and other team members, clients, and partners. This includes scheduling meetings, sending follow-up emails, and relaying important information.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders by sending thoughtful gifts, follow-up notes, and maintaining regular communication.
- Calendar Management: Assist in managing the executive's calendar, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Travel Logistics: Occasionally assist in arranging travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Task Follow-up: Execute follow-up tasks diligently, ensuring that action items are completed promptly and providing necessary support to team members.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including organizing files, data entry, and preparing documents and presentations as needed.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be willing to assist with various tasks and projects as they arise in a dynamic startup environment.
- 6+ months or more experience in a startup environment or similar fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace & Slack
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
- Flexibility to work in-person and remotely as required.
