- Lead the Bath & body Innovation and Engagement roadmap for our desig 4 channel brands in North America
- Develop short and long-term innovation roadmaps.
- Craft new product offerings, leading cross-functional team from consumer insight to final execution and deployment in market.
- Interpret and synthesize information across data/analytics platforms, primary and secondary research, trends, social media data, eCommerce data, etc.
- Define and sharpen the Brand communication and engagement platform for this new business model with emphasis on social and PR as the lead platforms
- Work closely with our retail partners to co-create and invest behind these brands
- Good experience and understanding of Beauty & Personal Care category.
- Understanding of or experience with US retailers.
- Experience developing product mixes with a combination of agility and craftsmanship
- Strong team player with passion for growth
- Have strong strategic, leadership and influencing skills, be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and able to manage ambiguity.
- Leading integrated communication development including assets
- Ability to build networks both in person and remotely.
- Excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively within the global team as well as with local teams.

Experiential Bath & Body is one of the biggest bets to drive incremental growth for Unilever BPC. We are looking for a brand developer/crafter with a passion for trends and pop culture, coupled with an appetite for driving disruptive growth. A highly collaborative style is critical for success in this role. You will need to have a good eye for beauty and strong aesthetic. Bias for action, strong communication and organizational skills are critical to being successful in this role. The go to market strategy is currently heavily focused on omnichannel. Examples of experience with US-based customers and/or ecommerce is a plus. If relevant, please bring examples of disruptive and digital-first communication development.
