Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance.

Duties:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Help with mobility assistance including transferring and positioning
Monitor and report changes in client's health status
Support individuals with hospice care needs
Assist with vital signs monitoring

Skills:

Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
Proficiency in providing patient care with empathy and respect
Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
Familiarity with medical systems and terminology
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and their families
Knowledge of social work principles for holistic care approach
Valid driver's license for transportation needs
