Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with the community
  • Recruit and train volunteers to support outreach initiatives
  • Manage social media platforms to promote programs and events
  • Coordinate public health campaigns and educational events
  • Conduct addiction counseling and provide resources to individuals in need
  • Supervise outreach staff and ensure program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to market programs effectively
  • Deliver engaging public speaking presentations at community events

Requirements:


  • Experience recruiting in the Healthcare Field
  • Proven experience in outreach, volunteer management, or related roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement outreach programs
  • Proficiency in social media management
  • Experience in supervising staff or volunteers
  • Knowledge of program development and evaluation processes

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Patient demographics:

  • Adults
  • Older adults

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Newark, NJ: Relocate before starting work (required)
