Alliance Homecare is looking for female
LIVE IN Certified Home Health Aides to work with a dual client in
Manhattan, NY

$325 per day (Overtime on the 4th
day)

Clients: Male, 90 years old & Female, 89 years old:

Location: Manhattan, NY (Upper West Side):

Schedule: Live In to be split between two caregivers

Client Details:

Male Client

Fall risk
Alert and oriented x3, able to make needs known
Caregiver to help with lifting things/getting things down from shelves
Caregiver to assist with basic ADLs

Female Client

Caregier to assist with medication reminders, meal prep, toileting, bathing.
Stand by and assist as needed.

Home Health Aides will provide the following tasks as indicated on the individualized plan of care:

Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, accompanying to appointments, and errands
Prepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feeding
Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
Assist with medication as specified on plan of care
Observe and report all changes to RN
Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills
Complete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practice
