    Exciting Opportunity: Restaurant Manager Position at Upscale Restaurant in Downtown Chicago

    We are thrilled to collaborate with an elegant and innovative upscale restaurant in search of a skilled and refined Restaurant Manager to oversee their Front of House (FOH) team in the heart of Chicago. This extraordinary restaurant, specializing in dinner service with the exception of a delightful Sunday Brunch, features both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, private dining options, and a strong focus on menu offerings, service quality, and overall ambiance. Embracing traditions of the past, operating in the present, and aiming for future excellence, this dining establishment is primed for long-term success.

    COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary of up to $75,000 with additional benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), and more.

    Qualifications and Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing FOH operations within an upscale, fine-dining setting
    • Solid expertise in financial management and P&L responsibilities
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a guest-centric service mindset
