    Overview:

    RPM Seafood is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. As part of Lettuce Entertain You, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting. The role involves overseeing daily operations with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service in collaboration with the front-of-house team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Run shifts and oversee daily restaurant operations
    • Lead pre-shift meetings and manage closing procedures
    • Ensure smooth opening and closing shifts for a superior guest and employee experience
    • Provide guidance to hourly and management teams, nurturing a Culture of Caring
    • Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback
    • Assist GM in cost management, sales growth, and overall business development
    • Participate in hiring, training, and development of BOH teams
    • Conduct regular inventories and place supply orders
    • Promote teamwork and handle challenges with diplomacy and professionalism
    • Work varied shifts, including weekends, at multiple locations
    • Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
    • Strong ability to build guest relationships
    • Effective team leadership skills

    Salary Range:

    USD $60,000 - USD $90,000 per year
