- Serving as office manager for the office.
- Planning and developing new methods for coordinating the administrative work of a complex organization with disparate organizational segments requiring complicated administrative controls to accomplish the work.
- Working closely with the leadership in the planning, meeting goals and objectives, coordinating and organizing, recommends options during planning and policy formulation and leads and coordinates events, conferences, and meetings for support staff.
- Attending meetings and conferences as required and requested, which are later summarized and distributed.
- Advising supervisor of important office matters that arise.
