    We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our US marketing team based in New York City. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Gen US, the Senior Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Yotpo's marketing initiatives, increasing brand visibility, and supporting lead generation efforts in the US market.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, capable of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth.

    How you'll make an impact:

    • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a full-funnel B2B demand generation strategy that effectively increases brand awareness and drives customer acquisition. This includes orchestrating top-funnel awareness programs to mid- and bottom-funnel initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Online Acquisition, Field Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Ops, Sales, and Partners, to create integrated marketing campaigns. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business trends and industry shifts.
    • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and planning through to implementation and analysis. Utilize a data-driven approach to measure, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs, including Signups, MQLs, SALs, and ACV.
    • Content Creation & Branding: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, such as website content, blog posts, case studies, and sales enablement materials, to support demand generation efforts.
    • Market & Product Expertise: Be the ultimate products expert, understanding the products' strengths, weaknesses, competition, buyer persona, key pain points, and value propositions inside out. Use this expertise to inform and optimize the demand generation funnel.

    Professional Experience:
    • 5+ years in online marketing, with a preference for B2B SaaS or eCommerce software sectors.
    • Understanding of B2B sales funnels, Brand, Content marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
    • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
    • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and familiarity with marketing tech stacks.
    • Valid U.S. work authorization.

    Base salary $115,000 - $130,000

    Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
