- Bachelor's Degree
- Deep Insurance expertise, minimum 8-12 years within Insurance with a minimum of 5 years at a public accounting or professional services firm
- Strong business acumen – including significant experience with internal audit/SOX risk and control assessments in the insurance sector
- Experience consulting with claims, financial, operational, technology and other management personnel to improve their businesses
- Experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements
- Applicable certification (e.g., CPA, CIA)
- Recent successful experience in cultivating new business and related market-facing activities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills, including interaction with members of senior management
- Ability to travel to meet client needs

As part of our Insurance Risk Consulting Practice, you will be able to draw from your experience and knowledge to conduct Rapid Assessment studies for clients to improve their businesses by providing services such as IT, financial procedure, control recommendations and documentation, process improvement, and policy/procedure design and optimization. The fast-paced and dynamic environment in which we operate will provide you with daily challenges and exciting opportunities.
All engagements involve the analysis, development, and documentation of improvement opportunities, and may include implementation and training components. All engagements require process analysis, project management skills and the ability to work in collaborative teams, primarily at client locations.

Compensation Range: $122,300 - $245,900Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
