    Description

    I am working with a very progressive and innovative Dental Sales organization in trying to fill an expansion Territory Manager opening in the Miami, FL metro based territory. This territory will include sothern Florida on both the east side (i.e. Melbourne, Port St. Lucie, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton & Fort Lauderdale, Miami Dade County, & the Keys & west side (Sarasota, Fort Meyers & Naples) of the state. *Candidates should ideally live in Miami Dade County, Fort Lauderdale, & West Palm Beach.

    You will be selling a diverse portfolio of products to both General Dentists & Specialists in primarily a "Hunter role" to begin with, but once you establish the account it's yours to cultivate.

    -$75,000-$80,000-$85,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Commission -$50,000-$60,000 @ plan (No Caps) + Quarterly Bonus + Car Allowance + Expense Account & Comprehensive benefits package that starts day 1 of employment. $125,000-$140,000> 1st year earning potential. $150,000-$170,000 year #2.

    Experience Desired:

    -BA/BS Degree - Life Science Degree a plus; Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA Sports. Worked through college to finance degree.

    -3 years-7 years of successful outside sales experience from a Fortune 1000 company or a firm with a professional sales training program.

    -B2B Sales with Dental Sales or Medical Sales is also an ideal background to come from.

    -Business-to-Business sales (Uniform Rental; Facility Services; Office Products/IT Services; Consumer "On-Premise" -Bars/Restaurants; Staffing Services) is an ideal background to come from for this career opportunity.

    -Goal oriented; Career motivated; Team Player/Collaborator; $$$ motivated.

    -Excellent time management & organizational skills.

    -Adaptable to change.

    -Bi-lingual/Spanish Speaking a plus.
