Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
• Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales progress
  Skills:
• Proficient in warm calling and outbound calling techniques
• Strong English and Spanish language skills for effective communication
• Previous experience in customer service and sales roles
• Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals
• Familiarity with inside sales processes
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
