    Process orders from distributors and establish ship date based upon account status, production and/or payment history.

    • Match-up and map out sales orders for optimized shipping. Work with distributors as needed to adjust orders to minimize freight costs.
    • Manage distributor accounts: Assist sales in setting up new distributor accounts.
    • Execute a variety of account decisions based on knowledge of the accounts and communication with the Regional Manager and sales team for the purpose of increasing regional sales.
    • Collaborate with all IWT departments and Customer Service Team and contribute ideas to ensure continuous improvement based on customer feedback and market knowledge.
    • Manage monthly account reconciliations to achieve SOX compliance.
    • Support the Sales Force by applying reporting of buying cycles for region, etc.
    • 5+ years of Customer Service desired.
