The EvolveImmune team has established a first-in-class and highly differentiated tumor-targeted T-cell co-stimulation platform designed to re-invigorate adaptive immune responses in solid tumors.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, which includes the HR/Finance Analyst, Facilities Manager, and occasionally the CFO.
Assist in financial tasks such as reviewing and saving invoices in the accounts payable software.
Oversee and maintain order tracking and receiving, supporting our scientists.
Oversee and maintain records and documentation in a digital filing system.
Assist in maintaining inventory records in partnership with the Facilities Manager.
Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on operations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A "roll up the sleeves" attitude.
Ability to multitask, take ownership of all assigned tasks.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative work style.
A commitment to excellence and a desire to contribute to a team.
