The Senior Employee Relations Specialist will play a key role in the continuing development of the HR Operations team by providing guidance and support to all HR functional areas on a wide range of topics including the investigation of employee concerns, interpretation and development of policies and procedures, facilitation of training on key HR issues, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR processes & procedures in support of the business goals and HR strategy.
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for providing support and guidance on a broad spectrum of HR topics while developing and maintaining a consultative relationship with HR team members and business leaders across the organization.

Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is toprovideexpertisein a specific field. COEs will usuallyprovidesupport through training, research, and skilled leaders.
In the case ofHealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of whichprovidesupport to our Product divisions andallowsthe enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.
What you will do:
+ Provides consultation and support to management and HR Business Partners on human resources and employee relations topics including performance management, progressive coaching, and policy interpretation. + Develops effective partnerships with all HR functional areas throughout the service delivery model (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits,) as well as key matrix partners (Legal, Operations, Compliance) to develop and implement solutions and initiatives. + Responsible for managing and resolving HR concerns that are reported through the Speak Up portal. + Conducts workplace investigations and works closely with the HR Business Partners and management to effectively resolve issues and concerns. + Conducts internal audits and ensures compliance with various policies, laws, and regulations. + Provides support and guidance for HR projects and initiatives related to process development and continuous improvement of the function. + Assists in responding to formal charges, & lawsuits, etc. Works closely with matrix partners to ensure accurate and timely responses. + Responsible for developing ER metrics and reporting in partnership with the HRIS team. + Assists in the development and delivery of HR and ER-rel To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
