    Job DescriptionJob Title: Administrative Assistant
    Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 annual

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant in St. Louis, MO. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. You will provide administrative support to various departments, assist in managing daily tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our team.     Responsibilities:
    • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing documents.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for team members.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
    • Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
    • Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
    • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
    • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of office activities.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects.
    • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
    • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to take on new challenges.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

    Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
