    Executive Administrative Assistant at McAfee Institute: The Hub of Our Operations

    Location: Onsite in Chesterfield, MO

    The Opportunity

    Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a knack for juggling multiple tasks? Do you thrive in fast-paced settings and have a passion for customer service, marketing, and operations? If so, you could be the Administrative Assistant we're looking for to be the linchpin of our senior leadership team's operational and administrative needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the first point of contact, answering and screening calls and greeting visitors with professionalism.

    Manage internal and external communications, including emails and social media messages.

    Assist in prospecting and qualifying potential students and booking appointments for our admissions reps.

    Help manager our social media accounts.

    Provide top-notch customer service through phone and live chat.

    Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.

    Coordinate special projects, including accreditation, partnership agreements, and student records.

    Handle general clerical tasks and coordinate travel and events for staff and students.

    Be a versatile team player, willing to learn and assist in various aspects of the business.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

    Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

    Proficiency in MAC & and Microsoft Office.

    Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    High attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Customer-centric mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile.

    Work Hours and Compensation

    45+ hours per week, salaried role, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

    Some on-call (nighttime and weekend) work may be required.

    Starting Base salary of $55-65k, based on experience. With multiple pay increases and promotional opportunities in the first year.

    Company-paid medical, Paid Time Off, and 401K.
