Strategic Partnership andNetwork Expansion:
Forge and deepen relationships with funders, stakeholders, and partners to enhance program quality, sustainability, and address emerging needs.
Initiate and coordinate strategic partnerships to elevate State Voices' visibility and influence across the progressive ecosystem.
Design and execute programmatic goals, strategies, and budgets in collaboration with affiliates to secure political and policy victories.
Guide and support program leadership through regular supervision and collaboration, achieving program outcomes and meeting departmental goals.
Equity, Inclusion, and
Organizational Values:

Educational Foundation :
bachelor's degree is preferred, setting the stage for a robust understanding of civic engagement and non-profit management.
A minimum of ten years of experience, with significant tenure in senior staff management roles within advocacy organizations, campaigns, and/or community groups, showcasing a deep understanding of the sector and its challenges.
Proven track record of exceptional leadership in civic engagement, non-profit capacity building, and collaborative efforts, demonstrating an ability to inspire and mobilize for impactful change.
Interpersonal and Communication Mastery : Outstanding facilitation, project management, fundraising, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to bridge divides across diverse communities and settings.
Leadership and Supervision :
Mobility : Willingness and ability to travel, underscoring the importance of engagement with State Voices' nationwide network. Travel as needed.
This includes experience in grant writing, managing donor relationships, and executing fundraising events and campaigns.
