    The primary purpose of this position is: To develop and execute policies, programs, and procedures for segments of the Air Force's military talent management program portfolio (., promotions, evaluations, recognitions, assignments, and fitness).

    Duties

  • Develops and assists in implementing policies, programs, and procedures for segments of Air Force military personnel policy programs (such as promotions, evaluations, recognitions, assignments, and fitness)
  • Represents the Air Force's Military Personnel Programs with a wide variety of internal and external officials
  • Analyzes, writes, and coordinates proposals to initiate and execute legislative change for assigned segments of military personnel programs
  • Prepares briefings, papers, and reports
