    About the Role GoodRx is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive end-to-end system integrations and deliver a scalable ad technology platform.

    You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our advertising and yield management technology stack, ensuring seamless system integrations and maximizing the potential of ad technology to drive revenue growth.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product management processes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of end-to-end system integrations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, and external partners to ensure smooth and scalable solutions.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive ad technology strategy, leveraging industry best practices and staying ahead of trends to maximize revenue through targeted and effective advertising initiatives.

    Collaborate with engineering, data science, BI, sales, marketing, and business development teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability of our systems.

    Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

    Take ownership of the product roadmap for system integrations and ad technology, aligning with business objectives and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.


    Qualifications:

    5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex system integrations and driving revenue through ad technology.

    Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

    Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude), and advertising technologies:

    Ad Servers (Google Ad Manager, native ad servers), Programmatic Ads, Order Management Systems (FatTail, ) and salesforce/CRM integrationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure product outcomes.

    Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
    Thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity with ease. Experience in a rapidly scaling organization is a plus.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.

    San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
    $180, $288,000.00 New York Office:
    $165, $264,000.00

    Santa Monica Office:
    $150, $240,000.00

    Other Office Locations:
