- Increasing sales for RMC's Water Energy chemical programs within the Metro NYC/LI and Northern NJ Territory by direct selling to current and future customers.
- Developing district sales by managing, training and supporting the district sales team.
- Communicating to the sales team and customers a complete understanding of each of RMC's products, pricing, applications and benefits.
- Develops positive relationships by maintaining continuing contact with key customer accounts in the territory.
- Responsible for recruiting, leading and developing team members
- Approves pricing and proposals from reporting reps on all products for customers.
- Accountable for overall territory profitability.
- Ensures individual sales reps and service techs in the district are trained for job success.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate applicable experience.
- 3-5 years sales experience; Direct Water Treatment Chemical Sales is required
- 2-3 years management experience; preferably chemical sales management
