Join a leading general contractor dedicated to delivering excellence in construction projects across the Chicagoland. With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, they specialize in High end multifamily and commercial projects $25 million and up. As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our construction endeavors.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
