For their growing location in Berlin, we are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) for overhead power line construction.

Responsibilities

Establishing the necessary project organization
Contract analysis and negotiation with the client
Ensuring the contractcompliant execution of the overall project
Preparation of binding construction and installation documents
Participation in project meetings and reporting to the client
Providing project implementation guidelines to the construction management
Assessment of construction and installation progress in collaboration with the construction management
Preparation of project documentation, verification of completed measurements
Monitoring project expenses through cost accounting
Managing the construction team and organizing necessary training measures
Fulfillment of reporting and notification obligations to authorities
Preparation of a project completion report including quality assessment
Selection and commissioning of suitable subcontractors
