The Associate Project Manager works closely with our experienced project management team to ensure that print projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with other project managers/account managers, clients, creative teams, and vendors to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Help coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assist in managing the print production process, from prepress to delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams and clients.
  • Collect quotes from suppliers and assist in negotiating pricing to maintain costeffective project execution and on budget.
  • Troubleshoots any project issues by identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions to ensure ontime delivery of the project to our customers.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, escalating them to senior project managers as needed.
  • Contribute to project meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, and providing updates.
  • Participate in the proofing and approval process to ensure project accuracy.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, reports, and final assets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications of Position:


  • Degree in business, general studies, or equivalent experience
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent Communication both internally and externally

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Strong interest in print production and project management
  • Basic understanding or print production processes, materials, and terminology is a plus
  • Prioritize and execute project task to provide smooth flow of progress throughout the project until ontime completion.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with external partners including vendors and subcontractors always treating them fairly and professionally in all interactions
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope utilizing problem solving techniques to identify potential issues and devise contingency plans as required
  • Detailwith good organizational abilities
  • Problemsolving mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

The national pay range for this role is $48, $55,900.00 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location.

The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location.

In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
