Your future responsibilities:


  • Project management and execution of projects in the field of building technology and technical facility management
  • Calculation and preparation of offers for services such as maintenance, repairs, and system installations
  • Coordination of renovation and expansion projects
  • Conducting property inspections and acceptance procedures
  • Order coordination and preparation of invoicing
  • Coordination of subcontractors and internal trades
  • Management of employees
  • Adherence to deadlines and budget requirements
  • Ensuring quality standards and compliance with regulations and laws in the field of building technology
  • Communication with customers and internal departments for optimal project processing

Your profile for the position of Project Manager (m/f/d) Facility:

  • Completed degree in a technical field or alternatively a degree as a technician/master (m/f/d)
  • Experience in planning and implementing projects in the technical field as a project manager, ideally in facility management or a relevant technical building services industry
