Your role:


  • You passionately and customerorientedly advise our customers and handle customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and purchase processing (cashiering)
  • You perform administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, and invoicing
  • You communicate with internal and external partners or product suppliers regarding all processes related to repairs
  • You actively support customer events
  • You maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints

Your profile:


  • Practical experience in retail is desirable. We also welcome career changers with an interest in our product areas
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You are a strong communicator, able to implement tasks, and work in a solutionoriented manner
  • You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
  • You are a team player and enjoy working towards shared success
