Your role:
- You passionately and customerorientedly advise our customers and handle customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and purchase processing (cashiering)
- You perform administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, and invoicing
- You communicate with internal and external partners or product suppliers regarding all processes related to repairs
- You actively support customer events
- You maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
Your profile:
- Practical experience in retail is desirable. We also welcome career changers with an interest in our product areas
- You have a strong customer and service orientation
- You are a strong communicator, able to implement tasks, and work in a solutionoriented manner
- You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
- You are a team player and enjoy working towards shared success
