Position:
Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Oversee projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Schedule Management: Effectively manage project timelines, track progress, and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site check-ins to ensure all aspects of the project meet our high standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential issues and create strategies to minimize impacts to project timelines and costs.

Communication: Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients, contractors, and our internal team to keep all parties updated and engaged.


Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in tile installation.
• Managing projects ranging from $10,000 to $100,000.
• Proficient in construction Project Management/Accounting software.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills, with a keen ability to manage sudden changes and critical issues.
• Outstanding English written and verbal communication abilities, Polish language preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop quick rapport across diverse groups.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage various tasks simultaneously.
