    Description:

    Equitable Advisors is a respected firm in the financial services and insurance sector, dedicated to assisting individuals in creating prosperous futures based on our reliability, innovative solutions, and dedication to our clients. We are currently looking to welcome a new member to our team as a Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) Financial Professional.

    Our focus is on individuals working in public schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and municipal governments who can utilize retirement savings plans such as 403(b) tax-sheltered annuities (TSAs) and 457(b) employee-deferred compensation (EDC) plans. Recognizing the advantages of these plans and the unique requirements of this market, we established the Retirement Benefits Group (RBG).

    As an RBG Financial Professional, you will have a designated market to prospect and enhance your career growth, with a primary emphasis on providing financial products and services, as well as education, to professionals who contribute to our communities, including:

    • Teachers
    • School administrators
    • Municipality employees

    Qualifications:

We see success stories ranging from recent college graduates to individuals transitioning to new career paths and those already in financial services seeking a more comprehensive platform.     • A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory
    • Required to obtain state life and health licenses, SIE, FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams (additional certifications are a bonus)
    • Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for assisting others in planning and safeguarding their financial futures
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying high self-confidence
    • Ability to leverage past and present experiences and connections to cultivate markets and maintain long-term relationships
