Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train HR team members at all levels.
- Provide guidance on company policies and culture to the HR Director.
- Develop and implement training programs based on organizational needs.
- Assist in investigations and decisions related to employment status.
- Aid in formulating responses to employment litigation.
- Act as interim HR Director when needed, maintaining effective communication with property leadership.
- Offer advice to department heads on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with laws.
- Create and maintain a "Succession Plan" for all hotel departments.
- Ensure Omni Benefits programs are executed correctly.
- Oversee onboarding and termination processes following Omni standards.
- Stay up-to-date with legal requirements and ensure team compliance.
- Maintain Associate Service Center procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Audit standards.
- Implement associate feedback programs and engagement surveys.
- Manage Omni Training Programs and mandatory training.
- Maintain organized associate files.
- Plan and execute engaging associate events regularly.
- Implement recognition programs and wage/salary adjustments.
- Conduct performance appraisals and recruitment activities effectively.
- Promote Omni culture and values on the property.
- Establish a robust associate communication network.
- Document associate issues accurately and ensure legal compliance.
- Monitor department expenses.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Fulfill other reasonable duties as required.
