    Promotional Advertising Specialty/ Marketing

    Customer Service/Sales Support Position
    Fast-paced Homewood advertising specialty/print office is in need of an administrative/clerical support person with strong sales support abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are necessary.

    Responsibilities will include writing and managing orders, sourcing product lines, preparing customer quotes, communicating with vendors and customers, tracking orders from start to finish, and generating weekly and monthly reports.

    Experience in advertising/marketing/ print business and knowledge of the internet, social marketing and web hosting are a plus. Contacting customers via email and internet with special offers and current sales opportunities requires excellent computer skills. Above average oral and written communication skills are necessary.

    Components of this position are maintaining an organized environment in the office which includes a variety of product samples and catalogs.

    Individual must be organized and able to multi-task. Employer seeks full time employee and is willing to provide a flexible work schedule
