Overview
This position involves delivering direct clinical care to patients. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit level basis. Additionally, they will oversee the staff to whom appropriate care is assigned. The job entails supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and suitable nursing care, the proficiency of clinical staff, and adequate resource management in relation to patient care.
Educational Requirements
Required: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic credential in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Certifications
Required: Must hold current licensure, certification, or registration to practice in accordance with state laws, regulations, or policies. CPR certification
