BECOMING OUR CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REP


This position works a Monday through Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM with some Saturday rotations between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM.

You get the following Friday off when Saturday is worked


As a Call Center Customer Service Rep, you'll be the initial point of contact, handling phones, making outbound calls, and supporting field teams with parts/equipment acquisition.

Your role encompasses scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and managing invoices. Act as a liaison between clients and departments, ensuring timely resolution, all while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

Your keen attention to detail and stellar communication skills will guarantee our clients' needs are met, creating an engaging and fulfilling workday.
