    Summary: This position offers support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing all nursing and patient care services within the hospital. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating nursing practices at the unit level, with 24/7 accountability for assigned areas, ensuring high-quality care, staff competency, and proper resource management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Active and current RN license in the state of practice

    Education: Required: Nursing degree, Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree

    Experience: Required: 2 years of management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or charge nurse
