- Responsible for growing sales share, parts sales and service in the assigned territory of MN, WI and SD.
- Develops, implements, and executes annual business planning with dealer network addressing market share targets, annual order programs for whole goods, parts growth targets, marketing objectives, and training requirements.
- Must effectively plan territory travel, as the position requires weekly overnight travel to territories.
- Conduct customer clinics and product training (annually) in conjunction with dealers.
- Must have Ag. background.
- Must have 5 years of territory sales experience.
- Required travel is 4 nights a week.
- Must possess strong leadership skills, be professional, articulate, persuasive, client-service oriented, self-motivated, able to identify customer needs and resolve issues quickly, and highly responsive to customer requests.
- District Managers must have a thorough understanding of Kinze products, competitive products and able to clearly and accurately explain product and technical features.
- Possess business acumen, capable of developing and executing sales strategies and business plans aligned with company objectives.
