    If you are someone who can be yourself, advocate for others, stay nimble, dream big, own every outcome, and think global but act local - come join our team This role support the design and build of SitusAMC's portfolio of commercial real estate technologies that includes both internal software applications and industry leading origination and asset management enterprise SaaS applications used by large banks and lenders.

    This role works closely with Product Owners and Senior Business Analysts to support the design and delivery of new, innovative features for our current customers and the product roadmap.

    Business Analysts are embedded within agile teams, taking an active role in creating and maintaining user stories, supporting the agile development and QA team, and ensuring the successful completion of each sprint.


    Essential Job Functions:
    + Support the development of new features by writing requirements and designs in the form of agile user stories and acceptance criteria + Drive customer discovery to understand how our customers do their jobs, their use cases, and how our technology can make their jobs better; serve as the voice of the customer when designing and building new features for CLOSER + Support the agile development team during sprints by clarifying user stories, addressing their questions, and assisting with testing as needed + Other activities as may be assigned by your manager Qualifications/ Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience + Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent + 2-4 years with background in technology, software development, banking, finance, real estate, or related field + 1 to 3 years in a role responsible for designing, building, or implementing software applications + 2+ years' experience with To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
